Precious words that are so simple they seem trivial and easy to pass over but my friends they are words we cannot afford to look over...My prayer is that with the reading of these words (assuming anyone reads them) is that you will see them in new light.  He is Priceless but this Jesus paid a price for us that we can never fathom...one we'll never be charged with! So I think that its been about 2 months ago today that I last wrote on this thing...I doubt anyone even checks this bad boy anymore, but I think I am feelin the random once every two months post!!  So its the holiday season and 2 days post-Jesus'-special day...and I am in Dallas with this side of my studly family.  I love being here but there is something about the holiday time that makes you a tad nostalgic...which I believe I have come to decide is a great thing, in fact its a fabulous time to reflect and realize just how fortunate we are even to know our Savior's name...  Thinking back and remembering all the good and bad you can't help but rejoice when you think of how Great our God is.  As I am typing this I am surrounded by three of the sweetest little girls...(young women) ever created-my sisters, the 3 A's (Allie, Anna, and the baby at nine Abby) They are talking and sharing random facts and asking questions and I can't help but smile...oh how GREAT is our God!  My dad is in and out of the room giving fun facts about the selection of guns that he is taking to go shooting today with a buddy of his from church, its all stuff I could never hope to remember because of his extensive knowledge but still...how GREAT is our God!!  Thursday he is taking me out there to shoot and I am soooo excited for the opportunity, ability, and the means to do such things with one of the most influential people in my life!!  How vastly beyond words and all forms of measure, is our beloved Father and Friend, Lover and Life-giver, Pursuer and the Focus of our lives Pursuit (I hope).

These little things are what stand out to me the most among my memories and amidst the amazing gifts that surround me this season...these are what I am most thankful for...              

Psalm 77:12-14    " I will meditate on all Your works and consider all Your mighty deeds.  Your ways, Oh God are holy. What god is so great as our God?  You are the God who performs miracles; You display Your power among the peoples."
